We operate HillWash Laundry in Argao, Cebu. To run it efficiently, we built the software ourselves. What started as an internal tool is now a production-proven platform covering the complete commercial laundry workflow — from customer pickup request to delivery, and every step in between.

Staff process every order through an integrated point-of-sale. Services are configured centrally by admin. Customer loyalty points are looked up by phone and applied at checkout. Every transaction is logged against an open shift for full auditability.

The operations dashboard includes real-time status for all washing machines and tumble dryers. Staff see cycle type, time remaining, cycle count and error codes for each machine without leaving the main screen.
When an error is detected — a water supply problem on Washer 3 or a door opened mid-cycle on Dryer 4 — the machine card turns red and displays the error code with a Help link. No missed alerts.

Hotel linen counted accurately — on the spot.
Hotels and resorts hand over linen in bulk. Staff count items on-site using a clicker interface built for one-handed use in hot weather. Items are tallied, load calculations and estimated pricing are shown, then the phone is handed to the resort contact for in-person confirmation and submission.

HillWash Platform is built to connect with commercial laundry equipment using manufacturer APIs where available. We are working toward integration with LG Commercial Laundry systems, which would bring live machine data directly into the platform dashboard and workflow.

HillWash Platform is currently running in production inside our own laundry in Argao. Every feature was built to solve a real operational problem — not designed from a whiteboard.
